Image information All images are provided on CD's. Image sizes vary but are approximately 6"x4" and most are 120 dpi. They are compatable with both PC and Mac platforms.

Shipping 2 ways to receive your images:

1.Postal mail: U.S. Only: Sets shipped via postal mail in a plain package to insure your privacy. U.S. shipments will arrive by regular mail.

Sorry. image orders outside the continental U.S. can only be shipped via the second option (below), "express email" (though videos still shipped using International USPS Global.

2. NEW Shipping Option, Express E-Mail: If you want to receive your images by way of e-mail, simply select this option on the downoadable order form. Image sets are approximatly 1.5-2.5 meg each, and are sent as a .zip file. Files sent after payments received. Please note: videos cannot be sent via "express email"

Returns If your merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same. We will not accept any returns or charge backs without prior agreement. Sorry, no cash returns.
